[Feature request] Action for opening a new empty tab or open link i new tab

A combined mouse action for opening a new tab or open a link in a new tab.

Example flow:

  1. Mouse action: drag cursor up
  2. If you start the drag anywhere on the page, a new tab will be opened
  3. If you start the drag on a link, instead the links page opens i a new tab
