Make a set of pages as PDF "book" available

The included Dompdf support could be used to convert a set of Content pages into a sort of book with sections and subsections.

In this way you could make a sort of e-books of various pages of hierarchical content.

Renaming since Content 5.0 utilises Dompdf.
