feat: use tsup instead tsc for single file dist

This PR continues #8, as this might be an opinion choice, just raising this as an option. If you like it, you might take this and close #8.

tsup allows to bundle the package and generate dts within single file. You can find more on it's doc.

I have an alternate proposal, quite the opposite in fact, please join the discussion over at #11. We can decide the fate of this PR, and #8, once we have some consensus.
