Should we use night light mode/blue light filter mode during night only or it can be used from morning to night ?
I personally am using blue light filter mode from morning to night (it seriously reduces eye pressure for me personally) but is it normal ? or should people use blue light filter mode during night time only (because of some scientific reasons related to how our brain and eyes treat blue light)
The short answer
- Nothing “abnormal” about running a blue-light filter all day—if it feels better on your eyes, you can keep doing it.
- Scientifically, though, blue-enriched light is useful in the daytime and best reduced after sunset because it’s an important cue for your body clock. A round-the-clock filter will not hurt you, but you may be giving up some of the alertness and mood benefits of natural-looking daylight.
