Installing issues on Octo4a

Hello, recently I tried to install the plugin, however after successful install it doesn't appear in plugin list. I can only find it while Octo4a is in safe mode (then it is disabled). I would like to mention that TP-link smartplug plugin works just fine. Anyone had similar issue? Maybe some Python 3 compatibility problems?
