add function to get status and have a direct return from the function

Hi,

I tried to add a script to be able to made work the Tuya plug with the PSUcontrol as it's working with the telegram plugin, but the way we got not return from the status function was a problem for me so I add a status function with a direct return.

Hope this could be useful and will not create problem.
