Tons of progress that I'll push soon; I was planning on just refactoring a little but now it's obvious that I'll need to refactor the entire analysis system!

Ok so these changes are going to be delayed... a lot. AstGen is non-essentially functionality atm; gotta fix tons of zls stuff first before proceeding.

This has gone stale and I once again don't have the time to implement the stage2 analysis server :( - sorry y'all!
