Feature Request: workspace symbols

I very much like fuzzy finding with workspace_symbol in telescope, but I get "LSP: server does not support workspace_symbol".

The protocol details.

If you give me some hints, I can try implement it myself. I guess it it should be not that hard?!

Definitely need this, would be a great DX improvement. Local (file) symbols is great, having this on project scope would be reall neat.
