hover: resolved type clutters the popup

This resolved type (2nd line) is not needed at all, it should either say: function or nothing at all

From #2277:

Added the resolved type (in the parentheses) of a function when hovering over it, which makes the "Go to ..." part less confusing

However, I agree that the resolved type is redundant if there's no "Go to..." like in your example

can it be made configurable?
