[Device Support Request] Orvibo T30 Sensor - HA creates two Humidity entities

Open syepes opened this issue 2 years ago • 1 comments

Problem description

When the Orvibo T30 Temperature & humidity sensor is paired into HA with ZHA, it creates two entities for the humidity the first one never updates and stays with the initial value the second one actually works.

This device only has one humidity probe so it should only create a single humidity entity, this is the main issue:

CleanShot 2023-11-01 at 19 26 42@2x

Could someone please help me create a quirk to remove the first humidity probe, only the second one is working

Solution description

Create a quirk to disable the probe
