Fix issue 13280

In order to fix #13280 I decided to simply remove line number from the shell output; personally I think they are not necessary.

In future I plan a refactoring as suggested in #13280.

I also found an unnoticed compiler error in one of the docgen.zig tests; I think docgen.zig should be added in test/standalone.
