RSS Feed for release notes

I see the feeds for the Devlog as well as the news called out on their respective pages. But nothing for release notes (ie: the 0.13.0 release notes).

It is possible to generate a feed from github tagged releases, but the releases there just contain a link to the ziglang site which is unhelpful when trying to scan my rss feed for a quick idea of whats changed.

The main feed (https://ziglang.org/news/index.xml) used to have them (that's why I'm subscribed), but it looks like they've been dropped post Zine-migration.
