Unable to install ZLS 0.13.0 on 'Windows 11 IoT Enterprise'
On Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, attempting to install ZLS through the extensions results in the following error:
A prebuilt ZLS 0.13.0 binary is not available for your system. You can build it yourself with https://github.com/zigtools/zls#from-source
However, when using scoop, it properly detects the required binary and installs:
PS C:\Users\Krystian> scoop install zls

https://zigtools-releases.nyc3.digitaloceanspaces.com/zls/index.json hasn't been updated in 4 days, probably because of https://github.com/zigtools/zls/commit/37fb7b7d990c7de223724cbb502c1e57891abf9e? @Techatrix
I have updated the index.json to include ZLS 0.13.0. I plan on replacing the current system for ZLS binary distributions so it won't be updated anymore. I will update this extension once the new system is ready.
The ZLS install tool has been completely replaced in #226. It should report a "proper" message when a tagged release is not yet available.
