Feature request: add basic support for Twitter lists

Hello, I request a very useful feature: add basic support for Twitter lists. Particularly reading own private/public list in a separate window. I'm very interested in such feature and I'm ready to offer bounties for code it !

I started with /twitter_listinfo in the beta - have a look at the latest version on github.

How would you see this working best?

/twirssi_set_window list <list_name> <win_name>

/twirssi_set_window list would be great.

For me, the use case is to direct tweets from more "important" lists (ones with a better signal-to-noise ratio) to a different window, so it's easier to ignore tweets I care less about when I'm behind.
