Zigbee2mqtt addon does not always start after a HA restart

Description of the issue

Sometime when I restart HA (10-20% of the times), the addon is no longer running when HA is fully started. I do have the watchdog activated, which makes no difference. I have to manually start the addon.

I am not sure what log are needed for fixing the issue.
