[Multiproofs] Strange limit flag behaviour

Actual behaviour: Multiproof might contain additional service records that are used internally for validation but not returned to the user. Those records are counted when the limit flag is specified. Expected behaviour: Service records shouldn't be counted when limit flag is specified.
