Does db lock file

Does the app lock the db file ? What will happen if two container try to access the same file ? (that happen when we release a new version, we start the new container and kill the old one only when the new is running)

Lowdb is not meant to be queryable by multiple instances. The current upgrade process works as follow: docker-compose pull, docker-compose down, docker-compose up -d which results in an acceptable 2-5s downtime.
