Bug Report: Enabling/Disabling 'Native Titlebar' Causes App to Close Without Auto-Restart

Describe the bug As indicated by the title, the app does not auto-restart when I enable/disable the 'Native Titlebar' option in the settings. Specifically, when the app closes, it takes a slightly longer time to reopen the app manually.

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'Settings'
2. Click on 'Native Titlebar'
3. The app automatically closes.
4. Notice lag when attempting to reopen the app by double-clicking.

Expected behavior In my opinion, it should display an 'auto restart' notification below the button, and there should be no lag when reopening the app.
