To remember the previous window position at launch.

I have a specific place I use it and would like to use the launch at Windows start option but it always appears in the middle and does not remember the previous place. I would appreciate this feature.

For the Rust version, there is actually an option for this only when in dev. I wanted it to stay in the same location after a restart to help with some visual issues.

Though this was so it didn't keep showing up under or over the current code editor :P so its deffo a good easy add.

Whoever adds this (probably me if I get the time) should also add a toggle for this in the options.

Save the location in the event of a move or resize.
