Describe the solution you'd like Notification on desktop seems to be fine if you are right infront of it all the time, say you take break for 5min to get some fresh air and with my ADHD and forgetfulness ill just take forever. Something like integration with ntfy.sh or pushover or apple watch alerts would be a good idea.
