Feature request: toggle for enabling/disabling "Auto-start Break Time", Notification Volume Adjustment

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Add a toggle for enabling or disabling "Auto-start Break Time", similar to the "Auto-start Work Time" toggle in the Settings page.
2. Provide an option to change the notification sound and volume as suggested by other users in #400
