Bug Report: full screen issues

While it seems fixed on macOS it seems to be broken on windows now. Need to test if it may need to run different code on mac and windows due to some odd logic in electron

It's really annoying how fiddly this part is. Need to check if we are doing something wrong or if its just fiddly with electron.

The fullscreen issues are fixed now BUT to fix that I had to enable it always be resizeable.

Need to find a proper fix before the release of the next update or update the styling to be manually resizeable which should fix some of the other issues or make other ones possible.

I'll close this one @sekwah41 since I am not having an issue with regard to this but still feel free to re-open it again if the bug still persists on your end.
