Allow time periods to be longer than 60 minutes

I noticed that the sliders in the settings menu only go up to 60 minutes.

I like to follow the 90-20 rule, but I cannot set the time to anything longer than 60 minutes.

It would be nice if either a) the slider can be set to more than 60 minutes b) the minutes could be entered manually
