Feature suggestion: Tooltip for options in settings

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some options in the Settings tab seem a little unclear to me.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to have a tooltip on hover or an icon next to each headline explaining in a short sentence what this option is about. When I move the mouse away the tooltip should hide.

Describe alternatives you've considered An overall "documentation" would be a solution, but that requires a user to move away from the app to yet another place.
