Can't write the cedil

Describe the bug While writing the task text, it is not possible to use the c-cedil character.

To Reproduce

1. Go to Task List
2. Click to add a card
3. Type ' (acute accent) and then c
4. get ć on the screen

Expected behavior Shoud get ç

• OS: Ubuntu 20.10 64bits
• App Version: 1.1.0
• Installer Used: Gnome Software (snap)

Additional context I am running Ubuntu in brazilian portuguese, but I use an US International keyboard configured to use dead keys.

I am not sure if you are still using this app but can you give the new tauri-beta build a try possibly?

I am not sure if we can actually fix this issue due to the fact that it would be with the underlying electron or wry platforms.
