Feature: Discord/Messaging Presence

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Hi there, I've been using Pomatez for like 3 days and I've seen a significant productivity increase 🔥🚀. So with that out of the way I think it would be a cool feature to have Discord, Slack or other messaging presence. Starting to use Discord more for business and communicating with Real Life & Long Distance friends; it'd be nice to have a presence box on Discord that says I'm in the middle of a code session, on a break, etc..

Describe the solution you'd like I'm not familiar with pomatez as a dev standpoint at the moment, but I'd love to see what others think about this idea and see if there's a discussion to be had. This is also something I'd love to personally help develop if it gains enough traction as I've never really contributed to OSS before. Also I'm not even sure what other services would need integration? Personally I only have discord.
