Impossible since docs/ is perfectly a part of this project. Both for http://ziahamza.github.io/webui-aria2 and for local usage without node.

I think docs should be packed into "Released" part, not in source code.

No, there are a number of users using this project with Github Pages. If you think it bad, you should find another way to fit this requirement. Just say something "should" won't help with solving the problem, no wonder how clueless your "should" is. New branch gh-pages will increase the cost of maintenance. Back to when it is not webpack-ed can be a solution but it will need much more work than you've done or you would expect.
