Which ..who knows why as it's all google products, android, flutter, dart...

It fetches from pub.dev and storageapis.google.com and once it does, nearly every flutter command results in red text "Unsupported operating system: android". Ive tried firewalling it with a VPN, re-overwriting cache/dart-sdk, re-overwriting entire flutter dir... without luck.
