added send_rc_token to the start_phone_number endpoint resposne

hi everyone

i'm using the api to generate access token, i realized the send_rc_token has been add to the response of start_phone_number, how i can do generate rc token for send with complete endpoint ?

i think, this is a new parameter, beacuse i can't find anything about this in the net
