请教如何运行程序？

感觉这个代码写的很完整很优美，当时看了很久的readme，也不知道如何开始运行这个代码。找不到程序入口。一般程序有要给mian.py或者train.py 之类的。这个没有，都是文件夹，不知道如何下手。。。尴尬。请指教。。。
