There's no click to focus landing area in the content area of chat

There's nowhere you can click to focus the incoming chat area without activating a feature.

So if I want to use the keyboard to scroll I have to click into the content area, dismiss the feature I've just invoked, then scroll.

This is more of a bug than an enhancement, as it limits the functionality of the application.
