Telegram Web stuck on "generating keys"

I tried to log in to Telegram Web on Firefox by clicking "Next" after filling in my number and it was stuck on "generating keys". After a while, the whole screen simply went back to what it was before I clicked "Next".

It maybe blocked in your country. Try this https://github.com/TelegramWeb/web.telegram.org

the page connection timed out. with web.telegram.org atleast the login page is showing... this is only happened in one city, in another cities with the same isp provider, we have no issue accessing telegram web.
