Buildings missing for direction "Passatge de la Llacuna, el Poblenou, Sant Martí, Barcelona, Barcelonès, Barcelona, Catalonia, 08005, Spain"

I just read about this phantastic project on heise.de and tried it out with my own area where I do live and it turns out that for a good portion of the Poblenou quarter of Barcelona buildings are missing. Just search for "Passatge de la Llacuna, el Poblenou, Sant Martí, Barcelona, Barcelonès, Barcelona, Catalonia, 08005, Spain" and you will see it.

Triggered by this, I was also looking around for more spots where buildings might be missing and indeed I found two more:

1. Maldives: There a lot of the islands miss their buildings being registered
2. Panama San Blas islands: same as for Maldives

Is this a bug? Or a known limitation?
