i solved Ubuntu Software then search for and install ‘Extension Manager
It is still marked as "incompatible" in https://extensions.gnome.org.
Extension stopped working after upgrading to Ubuntu 23.10.
Clicking on settings shows this error:

Old versions of GNOME is not supported anymore. Lack of manpower. Sorry. PR are welcome, as always.
