tooltips not working

Thanks for the great extension!

I don't see any tooltips when hovering over buttons in the floating control window

I'm using it on Fedora 38 + Wayland.

Apologies if not relevant, closest thing to this issue...

Ubuntu 22 + Wayland, this entire box doesn't show up. Haven't had the chance to test on X11 yet.

+1, because I am confused the meaning of the right two buttons, though I am using this extension for quite some time. More honesty, I do not know how the third button differs with undo and what the icon means. Maybe deleting layers? I also think the fourth looks similar with 🔄 and cannot guess what it is.
