Is it possible to merge cells?

excel merge

Is it possible to have merged cells like in Excel (see AB & CD cells in screenshot)? I do not see this feature but it would help me a lot.

It can not be done with the current excelPanel. It is difficult to make it.

Well I understand, I'll maybe try to fork it and to add this feature if I have the time (really not sure I will have) but still thank you for your answer !
