1. Download the nightly build of LibreHardwareMonitor.
2. Extract the files to any folder you like.
3. Double-click LibreHardwareMonitor.exe to run it.
4. When asked to install PawnIO, click Yes.
5. Close LibreHardwareMonitor, then copy LibreHardwareMonitorLib.dll from the LibreHardwareMonitorLib folder into the TrafficMonitor folder.
6. Start TrafficMonitor as usual.

The WinRing0 driver being relied on does have security issues, but they'd been ignored by Microsoft until recently. Here is a translation of an above comment to describe how you can work around the issue:

Find a recent build from https://github.com/LibreHardwareMonitor/LibreHardwareMonitor/actions/workflows/master.yml, download the LibreHardwareMonitor item, unzip it, open the LibreHardwareMonitor.exe file, install PawnIO, and copy thefollowing files to the TrafficMonitor folder to use it normally.

That one only requires swapping LibreHardwareMonitorLib.dll (and installing PawnIO) rather than all the other files. (Running LibreHardwareMonitor.exe from that build will offer to install PawnIO.)

I downloaded the latest nightly build from here: https://nightly.link/LibreHardwareMonitor/LibreHardwareMonitor/workflows/master/master/LibreHardwareMonitor.zip and copied LibreHardwareMonitorLib.dll and nothing else. Didn't even install PawnIO and it seems to work. So far no security alerts!

多谢，成功了。 我是用 https://github.com/zhongyang219/TrafficMonitor/issues/2164#issuecomment-3310561714 这个办法获取了对应的文件，然后只复制了1、4、5、6，目前运行正常，不知道有什么影响。观察一阵再看看。

I had the same crash after updating LibreHardwareMonitorLib.dll (missing System.Memory / DiskInfoToolkit etc.). I created a small PowerShell helper that:

• inspects LibreHardwareMonitorLib.dll referenced assemblies
• downloads the matching managed dependencies from NuGet
• copies them into the TrafficMonitor install folder
• adds binding redirects to TrafficMonitor.exe.config when needed
