Traffic stuck at zero

Windows 11 AMD TR-2970WX / RX 6700 XT

The visible traffic counters on the taskbar occasionally become locked at 0.00 KB/s, at which point, the only way to get them to show traffic again is to quit and relaunch the program, or reboot the machine.

I do not have an idea of how to reproduce the error. But it happens regularly enough to become a nuisance.
