[Feature Request] Exclude IP ranges/subnets from monitoring or make LAN (private IP space) and WAN/Inet menu selectable

Hi,

it would be very useful to be able to have either a whitelist/blacklist of IP addresses and ranges, or a menu selectable LAN/WAN switch to select what to monitor - LAN, WAN or everything aggregated (current state). LAN would contain all private IP space, such as APIPA, 10., 172.16., and 192.168.*.

I do not see a way to implement this via your plugin API or firewalling, since the app is not directly transferring data but logging it.
