CPU wrong indicator [Windows 11]

OS: Windows 11 22H2 1TrafficMonitor: V1.84.1 (x64)

I have the same issue. However, my CPU utilization number is even smaller ~ 2 to 5% while the taskbar shows 77%.

The result of GetSystemTimes may be incorrect. Better use performance counter.
