CPU usage does not sync with Task Manager with Windows 11.

Same here. Tested on Asus Zephyrus G14 GA401QH laptop running on AMD Ryzen 7 5800HS with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650, Windows 11.

Same situation. CPU usage:45% Actually shown by Traffic Monitor:5% The CPU is i7-7700hq and the GPU is GTX1050ti. Running Windows 11 22H2 22623.1095.

any update on this issue. In my case also the CPU% on task manager is different than in the traffic monitor. Traffic monitor always show lesser% than task manager

Same here (1.85 Lite, Win11). And with perf counter always 0.

@Commifreak Try execute lodctr /R in cmd (need admin rights) then the performance counter could have value.
