Why upload speed is not showing most of the times?

I'm using the latest version V1.84(x64).

I connected my Ethernet and start uploading some files but the TrafficMonitor isn't showing the speed in the taskbar icon at all. It's not like only happens with Ethernet, but I'm damn sure that it doesn't work on other WiFi also sometimes.

I restarted the app but it remains the same. I have attached a screenshot where the speed can be seen from Task Manager and TrafficMonitor at the taskbar.

I have also attached a screenshot of the app settings as well.
