1.84版本CPU频率显示错误

如图，频率显示2.09GHZ，但是无论从aida64读取的频率还是任务管理器的频率都对不上

系统：windows11 22H2，cpu：amd r9 5950x，主板 Asus ROG Strix X570-E Gaming WiFi II
