On windows 11 22H2 the "taskbar window" is displaying in the middle of the taskbar

On Windows 11 22H2 the taskbar window is displaying in the middle of the taskbar, there is no way to move it to the right side of the taskbar. I have attached a screenshot, please check you can understand the problem.
