CPU占用显示错误

image 如图，在升级到Windows 11 22H2时出现问题，第一版Windows 11没有该问题 image b版本为最新的action编译版

Same here . . . CPU usage (taskmanager) is about 3-4 times higher than indicated in TrafficMonitor. This issue started only after installing 22H2.

不过这只是cpu频率拉满的情况下一致，不拉满频率还是不一致

When choosing the "performance counter" method to get the CPU usage, TrafficMonitor simply shows 0%. Again, this is since 22H2 only and there are quite some changes in the Windows taskmanager, for instance it's now possible to monitor all cores seperately. I assume the methods used in TrafficMonitor to aquire CPU usage don't work anymore as there were some changes in the API.
