Can not install - mfc140u.dll is missing

When i activate trafficmonitor.exe, then appears this message. Only a new Installation should help, but unfortunately didn't help.

Maybe the .dll could be included in the .zip file, or at least a nicer error message like "Plz install Visual C++ redist"?
