Going back to cryosparc after filtering

Hi, I ran cryodrgn and filtered my particles at low resolution and would like to refine my selection with the full size particles back in my cryosparc project. Particles were originally imported from a particles.cs file. The script to generate a star file with the selection can be imported into cryosparc but requires re-importing a particle stack with it. Is there any way that i could import without having to import a new particle stack and refer to the original particles that are in my cryosparc project. If i wrote a script to filler the original particles.cs file to filtered_particles.cs, would that be of any use and how would i be able to use that file in cryosparc? I know cryosparc isn't as modular as relion for these things but maybe there's already a way to do this.

I'm not sure cryoSPARC has the functionality to be able to reimport a particle stack that refers to a (subset of) previously imported particles. I agree this would be a great feature to have, and I can ask them about it.
