Docs: Fixed and remove broken links to HMC books

DO NOT MERGE: This PR still contains the SSGHLT based links (e.g. https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/SSGHLT/pdf/SC27-2627-00a.pdf) which will in the next weeks be transitioned to the module based links (e.g. https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/module_1687361734185/pdf/SC27-2637-01a.pdf). Once the new links are available, the PR needs to be updated accordingly.
