gist URLs no longer exist

On default.rb line 83 the gist URLs it references (for fetching postgres config files) ...seems like they no longer exist.

This is still an issue. If anybody has an idea what was in the pg_hba.conf and postgres.conf, I can patch. Attempting to rewrite on own.
