Hi, thanks for your contributions. Could you tell where the data comes from? (speed_matrix_2015 and inrix_seattle_speed_matrix_2012)

One of the data sources, the Seattle loop detector data, is released. Please refer to this link: https://github.com/zhiyongc/Seattle-Loop-Data.

Due to confidentiality reasons, the INRIX dataset can not be shared.
